Welcome to TALA (the “Platform”). The Platform is provided and controlled by CLICKARTS INC. (“TALA”, “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy (Privacy Policy).

Readme：Please carefully check and understand all terms in , especially the terms which is exemption or restriction of TALA's responsibilities.

Please decide if you'll accept the after you carefully read and understand all the terms of this agreement. If you are younger than 18 years old, please read with your legal guardian. After you accept all the terms of this agreement, you will be able to sign in and use all the functions and services in this agreement. Meanwhile, the actions of login or usage will be regarded as you have accepted all the terms of .

This AGREEMENT is to clarify the rights and regulations between you (user) and TALA. AGREEMENT will be updated and released by TALA, user can review the latest version of the terms. Once released, the newest version will replace the former version. If you don't agree or accept, you should stop using the service provided by TALA.

User Regulations

1.User understands and agrees that, TALA only provides the service of information storage, sharing, user must be responsible for all the actions or results under his/her account.

2.All the content and information which is published by users in the product doesn't present TALA's official statement or views. TALA won't undertake any responsibility for this.

3.User understands and agrees that, TALA is a platform based on social net-works, user must ensure the registration information is real, legal and valid. User cannot pretend other's name or information to spread the illegal information.

4.TALA won't guarantee the safety, reality, validity and legality of information which is published by users. User must undertake the law responsibility by himself/herself in case that the information caused any problems.

5.To improve the quality of product, user agree to synchronize the date, content and information among the different versions. All actions such as publishing, deleting, modifying, setting will be updated in the different versions.

6.User understands and agrees that, based on the business development or emergency case, TALA may change, pause or limit parts or all service and functions. TALA will try but not guarantee to inform user in advance. User understands and agrees to accept the potential risks.

7.User understands and agrees that, advertising may be contained in the service of TALA. User accepts to display the advertise of TALA or partners. Meanwhile, TALA reserves the rights to add logo, name or other watermark in product or video.

(2) Harmful to the government.

(3) Harmful to a country 's reputation.

(4) Racial or religious policies.

(5) Rumor which is harmful to social stability.

(6) porn, gambling, terror and crime.

(7) Insulting others or harmful to others' legal rights.

1.Based on the reasonable judgement, TALA reserves the rights to operate the user account who is against this agreement, includes but no limits, block partial functions, remove the information, deduct the illegal coins, sign-off the account, etc.

User Rights And Responsibility

1.TALA's ID and Account belongs to TALA. After the user completes the registration process, the user will get the rights to use this account. The right of using this account belongs to the user who registered, the account is forbidden to transfer, rent or sell. If TALA finds that the account is used by another person, TALA will block the account immediately.

2.User can modify or remove the personal information, profile and other information in product. TALA won't undertake the responsibility if user removes the information by his own action.

3.User must carefully keep account, username and password. If the account is hacked or stolen by others because the user disclosed the information carelessly, the user should undertake the loss by his/her own.

4.User must comply with all terms in this agreement, use the product service properly. All the actions or purpose which may have negative effect on platform operation will be forbidden. TALA reserves the rights to block the account or partial service, functions and activities in application. For the user who gets coins from illegal channels, TALA reserve the rights to revoke the account(ID, username).

5.User can top-up, buy coins and other services in the application. Once recharged, it can't be refunded, redeemed or exchanged back to currency.

6.User agrees to authorize TALA to use the information or content which is published in the product by user, TALA may edit, revise, copy, advertising, publish or promote for the commercial use.

7.If a user finds the illegal or vulgar content in the product, the user should report it to TALA official team. We will follow up and deal with it soon.

8.The content you published in TALA should not be copied or moved to another product which is competitive to TALA.

9.Money laundering is seriously forbidden in TALA. We will monitor the strange actions, once found, we will report it to the government.

Privacy Protecting

1.User knows and agrees that, personal privacy includes real name, national ID number, phone number, bank account and IP address.

2.TALA respects the user privacy and will take the necessary actions to protect it. Unless the law or government allows, we will not disclose any privacy information to other parties.

3.In case user agreed to open the information by himself during using the application, he/she should undertake the potential risk by himself/herself.

4.To improve the service quality, TALA may collect some information which is non-related to privacy. Please refer to .

Copyright

1.The service including the text, pictures, video in website and application are all belonging to TALA. TALA reserves all the copyrights.

2.You understand and guarantee that, all the content (includes but no limits to text, picture, chat, video, etc.) is created by yourself and you reserve the copyright of it. Otherwise, you should undertake the responsibilities of copyright issues.

3.Unless an extra agreement, the copyright of all the content you produced on TALA (includes but no limits to text, pictures, music, voice, chat, live video) belongs to you. You agreed to authorize TALA to use all the content such as edit, copy, promote, advertising, etc. The scope of use of the above rights includes, but is not limited to, current or other websites, applications, products or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that TALA has the right to use or develop the content (in whole or in part) by itself or by a third party in any publicity, promotion, advertising, marketing and research related to the above content, the TALA platform and the TALA brand, or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and agree that the rights granted above include the right and license to use, reproduce and display personal images, portraits, names, trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos and any other brands, marketing or promotional assets, materials, materials, etc. that you own or are licensed to use and embed in the content.

4.If the information provided by TALA's platform service or the information uploaded, stored and transmitted by other users infringes on your or a third party's intellectual property rights, please contact the customer service hotline publicized in the platform station to complain, and the platform will verify and deal with it as soon as possible.

Legal Liability And Exemption

1.If the user violates the agreement or the relevant service terms, causing a third party to lodge a claim against TALA and its cooperative companies and affiliated companies, the user agrees to bear all legal liabilities, including but not limited to compensation, fine, settlement fee, litigation and arbitration fee, reasonable attorney's fee, etc., and agrees to compensate for all damages caused to TALA.

2.TALA shall not be liable for all losses suffered by users due to third-party communication line failure, technical problems, network, computer failure, system instability and other force majeure reasons.

3.If the normal operation of the service is affected by irresistible events such as technical failure, TALA promise to handle and repair in time. However, TALA and its cooperative units shall not be responsible for all losses suffered by users.

4.User understands that, in the process of using this service, users may face the risk of anonymous or false information from others, including but not limited to threatening, defamatory, offensive or other illegal content or behavior and / or infringing the rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights), and the user shall bear the above risks. TALA does not accept any responsibility.

1.Any argument between user and TALA should be settled through friendly negotiation, or, submitted to the court if needed.
